Local / Delivery Truck Driver
We are currently seeking highly motivated local Delivery Drivers for CPI Office Products.
Delivery Drivers are required to sort their orders, load their trucks, and deliver product to our customers in a professional manner. We have our own delivery trucks you will use to deliver the products. This is a Monday through Friday position, and you will be at home each evening with your family, no OTR is required.

Inside Sales Representative
CPI is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated sales professional to join our organization.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will maintain and grow your own set of accounts.
Compensation consist of a combination of a handsome base salary, $46,800 and an uncapped commission structure. Representatives are making upwards of 125k a year.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00. Extensive ongoing training is provided. Upward mobility is welcomed and encouraged.
Job Purpose:
Generates revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.
Duties:
- Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
- Initiates sales process by managing a call rotation; making initial presentations; understanding accounts requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

Outside Sales Representative
CPI is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated sales professional to join our organization.
The Outside Sales Representative is supported by a team of telesales agents. In addition, the outside sales representative will receive an extensive two week training prior to a weeklong in field training. Once in the field, there will also be continual product knowledge training and remote support.
This position requires a motivated, independent Sales Professional who will be responsible for selling office products to mid-size and or large businesses.
Laptop, cell phone and expense allowances are provided.
Job Requirements:
- Business to business outside sales experience preferred

Collection Representative
The purpose of this role is to help drive Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) and collect on outstanding customer balances. The role will measure collection activities against various performance measures such as, 30+, 45+, 60+ and 90+ aging plans. This role is one that involves problem solving and internal and external relationship building.
Responsible for the collections and account resolution with customers of delinquent accounts. To provide exceptional customer service, and assistance in resolving customer complaints and problem accounts.
- Responsible for account receivable activities in accordance with CPI policies and procedures
- Achieved business objectives for collecting cash while driving the focus on the customer
- Initiate contact with customers to collect outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Receive and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers
- Document all customer interaction in Goldmine
- Maintain customer accounts receivable records in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Provides follow-up with customers when expected payment has not been received
- Meet all deadlines established within the policies and procedures
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years experience performing commercial collections related duties, with 1 year of business experience.
- Excellent negotiation stills

- Ability to plan and organize daily activities in a methodical and productive manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills

Desired Characteristics:
- Three years of collections experienced preferred
